I am attending this special lesson.
It is quite fun actually.

It's Belly Dancing.

If you never heard of it, that will be too bad.
It's actually a very special kind of dance.
Dancers get to work on those muscles which rarely use or at least are not strong enough.

The first lesson...it was all new.
I was in the only Chinese in the class.

Because I am inexperienced with belly dancing,
the instructor specially taught from the basic.

Popping the head...moving back and forth
Moving the neck from side to side

Moving the shoulders

Working on the butt...
It is full of fun.

And we got to do a little dance which was very nice.

After first lesson, I practiced the neck popping back n' forth and side to side.
My conclusion is...gosh...this is hard.
My neck is super doper sore from the first class, even now it is still killing me.

I like this belly dancing.
I get to see people who have very good experiences in belly dancing do the dance.
It is beautiful.
Every movement of them is elegant and sexy.

I am trying my best to do a little practice everyday.
I hope one day I can advance a bit.
(Which could be a hundred years later...hahha)

Anyways....I like belly dancing.

It can really build up some good muscles and of course help me to maintain in good health (hopefully!)

So I've already attended two lessons for now.
I really like it even my neck is killing me and my body is sore.

It is a fun experience.
