Honestly, when it comes to work, you have to be able to laugh about your job as much as you can.
Otherwise, it has a very high chance that you may/will go insane.

How so??

Well, workplace is stressful.
It is a very different environment from school we went to.
I know schoolwork can be extremely stressful too.
All the readings, assignments, papers, projects, and presentations sometimes take a lot of time to complete.

Take exams for example.
Students take a lot of time and energy to study.
Especially the night before exam, students usually just stay up all night for studying the texts and going through the notes.
Then, they go and do the test the next day.

After the exam, we are done for the course.

Basically, students just need to study and do the best for the course.
Then the semester is finished.
Whether you've done good or bad, passed it or not,
the semester ended in 3 and half months.

Nothing like things happen at work.

Daily tasks, projects, monthly objectives come to you everyday.
It keeps piling on you whether you like it or not.

Do this. Do that.
Check this. Change that.
Phone vendors.
Call customers.

Fax this. Email that.

Whole day meeting.
Half a day meeting.

Finish this.
Complete that.

Work keeps piling up.
It never stop coming.

There's ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS more work to do.

It's like bills.
You just paid them for previous month and the latests are sitting in your mail box.
It's like a clock work.
It comes to you in every second.
You got no way to hide.

PLUS... you gotta work with people who around you.
No matter how nice they are or how bitchy they are,
you have no choice but work with them.

BUT, I think we should always appreciate who we work with
even they are not nice and always bitching about other things....
REALLY...don't you think it's normal to see someone bitching about little things!?
THERE'S ALWAYS SOMEONE!


Like one of my work colleagues.
She was always always always bitching about the workplace:
how negativity other people bring in.

But, really, she was the one who brought in all the negativities into the company.

Always said to Carl:
"I don't like this. XXXX is very negative." "This frustrates me." "It upsets me."

After those crying, swearing, and those serious personal attacks to the manager and other people,
she definitely went toooooooooooo far.

How could this happen at first place?
How come we didn't see it's coming??
Or maybe we know it's coming but we choose to ignore it??

Really??!! Are we such cold blood???
I think we were just dealing with our own stress.

Anyways....she ended up taking 14 weeks off for medical attention.

THE TRUTH IS THAT....WORK IS ALWAYS FREAKING STRESSFUL.
We SHOULD AND HAVE TO LAUGH ABOUT IT.
AS HARD AS WE COULD.

LAUGH OUT LOUD FOR YOUR OWN SHAKE.

Frustration can really hit you and depress you.

COME ON! JUST LAUGH WILL YA!?!?
