    <title><![CDATA[生活|Don't wanna be fat again!]]></title>

Yesterday, there were two mid-age women standing right in front of me as I waited for the elevator.
They were whispering to each other; however, it was getting louder and louder.
I couldn't help but eardropping.
As I focused on what they were saying, I finally got an idea what their topic was.
They were talking about losing weight.
Both of them were short but looked quite tiny.
Considered their height and ages, I believed they were pretty fit.
One of them was talking about she must lose another 2 kilos 'coz since she hit her lowest point, she'd gained 2 kilos.
I was very surprised but couldn't help myself to start talking to them.
I said "You are very skinny. Actually very very skinny considered your height. May I know how old you are?"
The woman who was planning to lose another 2 kilos wanted me to guess.
I guessed " around late 30s."
She answered " I'm mid 40s."
I&nbsp;shaked my head&nbsp;with surprise and continued asking "Then exactly, how many kilos are you weighted right now?"
She answered "I'm 44 kilos after I gained weight."
So she was 42 kilos, she was saying.
I told her that considered her age, height, and current weight, she was extremely fitted. 
There's no need for her to go extreme.
She said, "Before she started diet, she weighted over 60 kilos. 42 is the lowest point she'd ever hit. She must return to the point and maintain at that stage."
As our elevator arrived on the first floor, I told her "if you need to watch weight so carefully like young girls do, what do younger women gonna do when they turn 40s?" 
As I stepped out the elevator, I suddenly understand that kind of psychological path as people ever being fat and then lost a lot of weight.
People overeat and then realize they can't overeat again because eating too much will simply ruin their shape.
So they work so hard to lose what they carry on their bodies.
Once they lose weight, they are so afraid to become a fat again and EVERYONE IS THE SAME!
I am basically like everyone of them, too.
"I must not gain weight!" That's what runs in my head over and over again every sigle day.
Because our society views "skinny&nbsp;is beautiful. fatty is ugly." that's why women think we have to be skinny if we wanna win others' admire or&nbsp;jealous or very likely to&nbsp;attract men's attention.
It is true that we, despite male or female, we consider&nbsp;slim is pretty.&nbsp; 
Unfortunately, weight watching is what women have to do and be extremely careful with for the rest of our lives.
As long as we live and stay in this society, we can't escape from being judged. 
Very pathetic, yet very real indeed.

    <title><![CDATA[PMP|2009年全國活動營]]></title>

離8月22日已經好幾週了，我到現在才來補文。哎~~ (搖頭ing)
只能說我真的是太懶惰了~。
&nbsp;
其實內容好像也沒什麼好說的。就像一些企業激勵的課程。兩天一夜在苗栗泰安鄉的某飯店展開。
第一天，搭乘遊覽車於中午前抵達。報到後就吃中飯。
可我們的行李卻得扔在會議室裡，等到下午活動結束前才能check in放到房間裡。
對於這點，我就不太高興。因為第二天，一早吃了早飯就得趕快回房間把行李整理好check out。
然後，行李又得扔在會議室裡直到下午活動結束時再帶走行李。
換句話說，那個從8月22日 12:00~23日 12:00應該屬於我們的房間...不是真的屬於我們的。
是怎樣? 本姑娘沒付錢嗎? 還得讓我的行李和流浪漢沒兩樣隨地放著堆著。
吃...當然不會吃的多好....普普通通 呷粗飽啦....個人不是很愛這一味..
&nbsp;
活動內容畢竟是企業激勱類的課程，PMP精神喊話當然不會少！
但是，跳繩這有是怎麼回事兒?
自從國小畢業後可就再也沒跳過跳繩了呀！！
真是累死我~~~~~
雖然累歸累，但是內容還算充足啦...！
&nbsp;
我想因為是群體活動的關係，又不想成為破壞小隊成果的老鼠屎，個個是拼了命的努力跳。
全程又喊又叫..又跑又跳.....可真是折騰人啊！
不過...PMP的活力都被激發起來囉~~感覺像大家都回春了呢!
&nbsp;
anyways..我，Jessie，Judy，and Jasmine 4人睡一個房間。
在前不著村後不著店 深山野嶺的飯店裡 只差沒酒了吧...大玩撲克牌.....可說是樂事一件。
此刻 放鬆的好心情全然寫在臉上。
這一打，可從晚上7點多從幼稚的晚會上溜走後一路打到近午夜12點鐘吶.....
要不是值星官來敲門，我們也不知道晚會上有宣佈要電話報人頭這件事。
哈...可見，我們這一群根本不是團體活動的料。過得太自由太隨性，配合且有紀律的生活顯得太不浪漫悠閒。

anyways...這樣子 吃吃喝喝 蹦蹦跳跳 大吼大叫的..大家互道goodbye 期望明年台北見

I'm&nbsp;looking forward to&nbsp;our little trip to&nbsp;Korea&nbsp;by the end of the year.
Since I came back from Canada last year, this will be the first time that I'm actually going somewhere aboard for a nice getaway.
(I'm so desparate to see the boarding gate and get on to the flight!! HA...Silly!!)
That simply makes me excited and felt&nbsp;happy for the coming event.
This trip will&nbsp;have me and my dear J&amp;J sisters, and Jasmine, and possibly&nbsp;other people.
I wish this can somehow give me some relaxation and just like a mental-spa kinda thing.
Just to consider&nbsp;what I'd been through last year, I certainly need and deserve something like this, don't I??
As much pressure as&nbsp;I feel each day, I really need a getaway like this just to chill me out a bit.
&nbsp;
Well.....I do hope, sincerely hope this trip will happen and everyone who joins this little getaway would enjoy the fun and relaxation!!

夢想

我能為我青春布幔留下多少顏色?
我能因為熱血及夢想忍痛付出多少代價?
I'm only a girl who have too many dreams.
I wanna leave without any hesitations or any concerns that might hold me back.
But it seems hard to just abandon everything and then walk away.
Life isn't always as easy as I think it is.
It's rough, always up and down. 
I wanna manage to live a life I always want but cannot live it without a fair income.
It's an unbeatible fact that I need to work to maintain the basics in my life.
Another dream for fulfillment seems impossible.
A sense of&nbsp;run-away is itching inside of me. 
It cries out louder and louder that I can't just simply ignore it.
I wish there's a better solution to&nbsp;my delimma.
Could I just be content with a simple life without any fireworks or sparkles that shines for my life once and for all?

首先我要感謝我自己。因為是我花的錢，是我自己努力用功。
所以我要感謝我自己，沒讓自己的錢變成沉没成本。

再來，我也感謝我爸媽。
他們全力支持我，讓我不管要出外讀書或是在家裡讀書，都可以無後顧之懮。

接下來，我要感謝我們親愛的教練Joe，沒他的考前衝刺班，我大概過不了。

PMP實在很難考。題目難不說，我考多久，胃痛就多久。

As I woke up early for Grandpa's funeral today, I couldn't help but crying with grief.
It is the day that my family walked on the path with my Grandpa for the one last time.
The sadness sank in my body that I couldn't, wouldn't, and shouldn't not let it in.
Life as such, it is one of the long days in my life that I can't just walk away and stay cold-hearted.

感想:
一個半月了在這一個半月裡，我總是告訴自己只要堅持自己的初衷，我就離減肥成功不遠
我不是個愛運動的人我怕無聊單一的重複動作這就是為什麼我沒辦法只是單純的在跑步機上跑步我一直都覺得運動得有伴沒有伴，便很難持續
不說別人 我是個"惰性堅強"的人既沒有持續運動的熱愛也沒有堅持運動的毅力所以我只可以犠牲口腹之慾也只能犠牲口腹之慾

    <summary><![CDATA[Day 44.. 今天要上課.... 每個禮拜都很期待上課的禮拜二.... 受教育 接受更高層的知識 使我快樂..... 親愛的Juju去帶團了 其實 我覺得是該讓她有一些實務經驗如此 也不枉她觀光碩士的學位吶!! &nbsp; Breakfast: 一杯香濃黑豆漿Lunch: 一杯紫菜湯+一把蒟蒻+高麗菜+2塊滷海帶+一顆菜脯蛋Dinner: 3塊魚(去皮)+涼拌菜+一點蒸蛋+甜洋蔥餐後水果: 健康綜合優格水果沙拉(奇異果+百香果+蘋果+火龍果+優酪乳) 每餐前30分鐘:一包保X堂中葯+250cc溫開水綠茶: 700cc熱開水: 800cc不喝冰水排便次數:2 &nbsp; 感想: 每每到了週二去Jessie家吃晚飯 都吃的很"澎派" 吃的都很飽........減肥這回事 真的是件沒完沒了的事瘦了2公斤 就會期望再瘦2公斤這樣的心態 是vicious cycle 我想 厭食症 就是這樣來的吧... 這樣的心態與期望 壓抑了食欲..... 不過 我應該不會得到厭食症因為 我的本質就是一個好養又愛吃的愛吃鬼 巧克利 油炸品 .....等等等等 的食物 都是我一輩子無法戒掉不吃的東西 我可以 一陣子不碰 但是叫我一輩子都不吃.....那實在太可怕太痛苦了  無法忍受!!!! &nbsp; &nbsp;]]></summary>
